Hi! Our weeklong student Camp programs are for anyone age 9 – 18. Our family programs require at least 1 adult aged 18 year or older and at least 1 child aged 7-18 years of age to be registered together for camp. If you have any questions, please let us know. Thank you!
There are a variety of space camps available in America for children and adults interested in space exploration. The Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex offers a space camp for children, the Virginia Space Flight Academy offers a space camp for adults, and the Space Camp US Rocket and Space Center offers a space camp for both children and adults.

Our Habitat facilities can accommodate groups of up to 7 people in a room, or larger groups in a Bay room. Campers will have access to all of our on-site amenities, including a kitchen, laundry facilities, and a common area.

The new pricing policy charges $52 million per person for ISS crew time to support a private astronaut mission. This is significantly higher than the $48 million that was charged for crew time on the Soyuz spacecraft. The new policy also charges for integration and basic services, such as mission planning. This is to cover the cost of training and preparing the private astronaut for their mission.
Space Camp is a great opportunity for kids to learn about science and space. It is open to kids ages 9-11 and 12-14. The 9-year-olds must have completed or be currently enrolled in the 4th grade and the 12-14 year olds must have completed or be currently enrolled in the 6th grade.

How long does Space Camp last?
Space Camp is a great way for kids to learn about being an astronaut. They will do many of the activities we did at Family Space Camp. Besides Space Camp, older kids can also participate in Space Academy (ages 12-17) or Advanced Space Academy (ages 17-18).
The application for the scholarship has closed and the winners will be notified in mid-February. You must be 9 to 18 years old and have completed grades 3 through 12 by summer 2023. You will need to answer an essay question and design and describe a mission patch. Describe a science project using the scientific method or engineering design process.

Camp KSC is a great way for kids to learn about space and have fun at the same time! With activities throughout Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex, there’s something for everyone at Camp KSC. From the Astronaut Training Experience (ATX) to Mars Base 1, Apollo/Saturn V Center, Space Shuttle Atlantis and the all-new Gateway: The Deep Space Launch Complex, kids will have a blast learning about space while enjoying some of the coolest activities around.
