Can I see SpaceX launch outside?
The LC-39 Observation Gantry is a great place to watch a rocket launch from Cape Canaveral Air Force Station. You can get up close to the launch pad and see the rocket take off. There is also shaded viewing from the gantry and outdoor bleacher seating.
Satellites are best viewed away from city lights and in cloud-free skies. They will look like a star steadily moving across the sky for a few minutes. If the lights are blinking, you probably are seeing a plane, not a satellite. Satellites do not have their own lights that make them visible.
What time can you see SpaceX satellites?
SpaceX is set to launch 55 more of its Starlink satellites tonight, and people across the globe will have a chance to see them streaking across the sky. Can the public visit SpaceX
If you’re looking to tour the facilities at They, you’re out of luck – they do not offer tours. While this may be disappointing to some, it’s probably for the best, as it allows them to keep their operation private and secure.
If you’re interested in seeing SpaceX in action, your best bet is to head to Boca Chica or South Padre Island. While there are no public tours of SpaceX available, you can see the Starship building site from Boca Chica. And, if you’re lucky enough to be in South Padre Island at the right time, you could even witness the next launch attempt in the comfort of your beachfront vacation rental.
